Our client, a major group, are looking to recruit a first class SALES MANAGER to one of its respected German brand operations in WEST SUSSEX.

Commensurate of the position, we are requesting applications from experienced, proactive and ambitious candidates only.

Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for driving the performance of the sales operation.

You will be required to manage the sales process showing energy, drive and ambition. You will be a leader, who by their nature inspires and motivates those around them to better results. You will ideally have a background in the prestige sector along with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of the importance of high standards in terms of site presentation and customer satisfaction.

You must be able to demonstrate a solid background of relevant experience in a franchised dealership to be successful.

As you will be working for one of the most ambitious and high profile dealers in the country, the opportunity offers a £50,000 OTE salary, company car, pension, and career progression is a real possibility.
