A truly unique opportunity has arisen for a first class GENERAL SALES MANAGER to join this forward thinking group at its location in WEST SUSSEX.

Reporting to the Divisional Director you will be responsible for driving the performance of the new and used sales and aftersales operations. A flair for marketing, stock management and financial analysis are just some of the qualities our client is looking for.

You will be required to drive the business showing the energy, drive and ambition to match the radical expansion plans of our client. You will be a leader, who by their nature inspires and motivates those around them to better results.

Your background may be in either prestige or volume but an understanding of the importance of high standards and achieving customer satisfaction is paramount, as is attention to detail in site presentation.

You must be able to demonstrate a solid background of relevant experience in a similar role to be successful

As you will be working for one of the most ambitious and high profile dealers in the South, the opportunity offers an a £60,000 OTE and career progression in line with expansion plans.
