Our client is looking to recruit an industry leader to manage a number of dealerships in the Midlands.

Our client welcomes applications from experienced Franchise Directors or General Managers who are able to demonstrate a proven track record of success in a multi-site role.

As the Regional Director you will have overall responsibility for the performance of each dealership within your region. You will oversee the General Manager of each business, creating a positive and yet challenging working environment that is committed to continuous improvement.

You will have full responsibility for developing the relationship with the Manufacturers.

You will be driven to achieve, a strong leader, organised, an excellent communicator and motivator.

In return for your expertise, our client is offering an unrivalled salary and benefits package.

The position will command an OTE of £130,000 therefore demanding candidates of the very highest calibre only to apply!
