Our Client, a well regarded dealership group based in BUCKINGHAMSHIRE is looking to recruit a high quality LOCAL BUSINESS SALES DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE for their expanding B2B Cor and Light Commercial Vehicle Sales Department.

Reporting to the Sales Manager you will work to achieve agreed sales targets along with dealer and manufacturer KPI's.

You will be responsible for prospecting, lead generation and management and follow up of new vehicle sales enquiries using established dealer processes. You will also be responsible for maintaining a detailed schedule of sales activity which will be reviewed with the Sales Manager.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a proven background in business to business sales, ideally in the motor trade although this is not essential.

You will be able to demonstrate exceptional communication skills and be able to work successfully under pressure and to tight deadlines. You will have an enthusiastic personality; an ability to converse at all levels and the drive to be a top performer.

If succesful, you will be rewarded with a salary package that will involve a basic salary and an open ended uncapped commission structure.
