Our client, a long established national dealership group is looking to recruit a proven and experienced BUSINESS MANAGER at its multi-franchised volume dealership in BUCKINGHAMSHIRE.

As the dealership's Business Manager, you will be responsible for incremental F+I income and play a key role in achieving targets from the sale of vehicles and selected finance and insurance products. in line with the company KPI's.

You will be responsible with the General Manager for FSA compliance and will work with the Sales Manager to ensure the sales process is driven forward with 100% referral. You will also measure and monitor your performance with accurate logging and reporting of figures to senior management.

You will be a proven performer who is able to demonstrate exceptional communication skills, having the capacity to work successfully under pressure and to tight deadlines. Our client is looking for an enthusiastic personality and someone with the ability to converse at all levels and the drive to be a top performer. As a natural leader you will possess the ability to manage and motivate those around you, driving others to increase their contribution to the business.

This position attracts a remuneration package commensurate with the calibre of person our client is looking for along with all the usual benefits including a company car
